Sidetracked and a Bit Frustrated

I've been trying to knock out a stack of my diaper/wipes pouches lately in an attempt to fill an order from a lovely customer of mine (who by the way is using them as cases for books) and also to restock my Etsy shop, which is looking a bit flimsy lately.

My sewing room (or dining room as some people like to call it) is a complete mess, iPod is jamming to my favorite tunes, coffee is hot and steamy....and my little boy comes trotting in with his best friend - "Puppy". Puppy has seen some better days and desperately needed his silky tummy fixed. So instead of working on my Etsy projects, I managed to get Puppy fixed.

He looks much happier now, don't you think??? I think I see a smile while he's spread out on the operating table :)This is a pouch I'm working on to list on Etsy. I've been eating a fair amount of chocolate lately- big suprise, NOT. - Dove Dark - and love the little sayings on the inside of the wrapper. So, I've decided that it would be fun to start embroidering some verbage on my stuff. I'd actually like to make it a little edgier (than just "Breathe") - but we all need to take a breathe now and again anyways, right? I'm making a list of words and sayings that I'd like to use, some are a little out there - but thats sort of the point, thought provoking, you know? Trying to get some inspiration from my music, books, etc.

So, I'm frustrated because I'm working on a Mac now - and for the life of me, can't figure out how to move my pictures around on my blog posts! Anyone???? It's got to be so completely easy a chimp could do it, but it's eluding me.

Loving the computer, but a there is a learning curve.

And would someone please tell me why children must play within inches of my body when they have an entire house, filled to the rim with toys, a doggie to chase, a back yard??

Aww well, they'll grown up soon enough and then I'll long for the days..........
